I have used different filters for taking out sediment and rust but the best filter I have used is the AP117. I also use the AP717 for my refrigerator and it also works great. I have had a problem with water pressure if I don’t buy a AP117 They make a lot of knockoffs that look like there’s for half the price but the old saying you pay for what you get.

These filters are the best. I have tried the off brand less expensive version and it was a waste of money as I had to replace them much sooner. Sticking with the best.

Great fitment and performance in terms of water taste and odor. I notice if you wait a full 6 months there tends to be some buildup on the gaskets so I have opted to change at 3-4 month time frame.
