The water tastes great. There is no chlorine taste from my tap anymore. For the price, I wish it would have came with a couple threaded adapter pieces and maybe a 20 inch water line. Be prepared to spend an additional $30 in parts to hook it up but it is worth it.

With this whole house filter, we were able to remove the chlorine taste with this filter. The unit itself might require a plumber unless you are real handy with plumbing repairs. But the filter itself is easy to replace which I do every 4 months. In fact, if I forget to replace it, the chlorine taste returns so I order 3 at a time so there is always a fresh filter ready.

We switched to this brand and product 2 years ago after much frustration with a competitor’s version that was extremely difficult to trade out. This product is easy… as I’m done in less than 5 mins.

Bought the system after deciding my water tasted terrible and that I didn't want to buy jugs of spring water to drink. My water tastes better, I notice the improvement most in the flavor of my coffee. The only real drawback to this is a plastic connector piece for the water supply , its outdated and doesn't fit newer faucets , the plumber had to "make: it fit .The plumber didn't like the design or fit of the plastic water supply connector. . Ironically there an extra instruction sheet for the plastic connector part .. Gotta go back to the drawing board with that part of the system . Great other wise

The clear plastic sump on the originally installed unit cracked and a replacement for just the sump is not available. I had to purchase another complete filter unit and although I've not installed the new sump yet it appears as though the new opaque blue sump will fit as the original.
