This filter is all we need to get clean water from all of our taps. There are certainly systems out there that promise a more thorough filtering and triple osmosis and whatever else for thousands more, but we have found this takes our regular city water and makes it taste better, makes our clothes cleaner, our dishes are cleaner and the dishwasher itself stays much cleaner, showers feel much better and on and on. All of this for a fraction of the cost of those other systems. The filter is very easy to change once a year, takes maybe 10 minutes and most of that is just remembering how to turn the water off and set the bypass correctly.

We’ve been using whole house Aqua Pure filters to improve our well water for over 20 years. It is amazing the amount of sediment that accumulates over a 3 month period!!

I changed out the original filter that was in for about 3 yrs. for one of my customers. It appeared to do a good job, liked the bayonet mount, filter was a little pricey.
