Seems correct good customer service

Living in a small mountain community in Costa Rica, filtering our spring water is imperative. Surface runoff during the rainy season can be a serious problem. Using these filters in conjunction with the AP810-2 and UV sterilization ensures we have clean and safe drinking water in our home.

This filter is all we need to get clean water from all of our taps. There are certainly systems out there that promise a more thorough filtering and triple osmosis and whatever else for thousands more, but we have found this takes our regular city water and makes it taste better, makes our clothes cleaner, our dishes are cleaner and the dishwasher itself stays much cleaner, showers feel much better and on and on. All of this for a fraction of the cost of those other systems. The filter is very easy to change once a year, takes maybe 10 minutes and most of that is just remembering how to turn the water off and set the bypass correctly.

This is our 3rd year of using this product and we could not be more pleased as far as our water treatment goes. As years went by, it became more difficult to purchase, transport and physically carry heavy salt bags.

My plumber suggested adding this to replace two other in line filters. Couldn’t be happier with the result.
