At Aqua Pure Water Conditioning, Inc., customer privacy is very important. We are committed to protecting the customer's personal information and confidentiality. We do NOT disclose, loan, rent, or sell customer information to other organizations.
Aqua Pure Water Conditioning Inc. considers the individual's information that we maintain to be confidential; our policy is to disclose no personal information to third parties unless release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings.
All orders received by Aquapure Water Conditioning Inc. are considered high priority. All orders are shipped as soon as possible. Orders are normally shipped within one to two business days.
Aquapure Water Conditioning deals directly with many manufacturers and has some of the fastest suppliers in the industry, items that are not in stock will be shipped within 7 – 10 business days of purchase (depending on the lead time from the manufacturer).
After placing an order over the phone or via the internet you may call or email to cancel the order as long as the order has not been processed for shipment. We will gladly cancel the order free of charge.
If you wish to cancel the order and the order has already been processed for shipment the customer may return the package at their expense.
It is assumed that customers calling to place an order, or placing an order online are in compliance with Aquapure Water Conditioning’s return policy, have read, understood and agreed to all policies contained on this page.
Aqua Pure Water Conditioning Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments shipped via US Postal Service. Our customers may request to have their shipment delivered via UPS or FedEx with a signature confirmation. Please note that it is not the policy of Aqua Pure Water Conditioning to request a delivery confirmation on any shipment unless it is an expedited shipment.
