Cuno CFS8720 provides an impressive 5-micron filtration. It is designed for hot beverage preparation and ice-making applications. The 8000 series does not require activation, reducing the installation time. The Cuno CFS8720 is a point-of-change type filter cartridge, used where the water is discharged for use after filtration. It has integrated scale inhibition features that protect kitchen appliances and plumbing connections from the nuisance of scaling. The capacity is 4,800 gallons. It has a Sanitary Quick Change (SQC) design that aids easier installation and a quick change of cartridges. The flow rate is 1.5 gpm. The cartridge is made of FDA CFR-21 compliant and/or NSF certified materials.
