At Aqua Pure Water Conditioning, Inc., customer privacy is very important. We are committed to protecting
the customer's personal information and confidentiality. We do NOT disclose, loan, rent, or sell customer
information to other organizations.
Aqua Pure Water Conditioning Inc. considers the individual's information that we maintain to be
confidential; our policy is to disclose no personal information to third parties unless release
is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings.
Return Policy
No returns will be accepted without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, or out of context
of the return policy detailed below. To obtain a return authorization number please contact customer
care at sue@aquapurefilters.com.
The following are the official guidelines for qualification of a return authorization number:
- All returns must be received by Aqua Pure Water Conditioning Inc. in the original packaging
and accompanied by an Aqua Pure Water Conditioning sales receipt.
- Merchandise received damaged may be returned within 15 days of receiving the merchandise
for replacement. No shipping charges will occur for replacement merchandise.
- Merchandise received by the error of Aqua Pure Water Conditioning. If for some reason
Aqua Pure Water Conditioning Inc. inadvertently shipped an incorrect model to you.
The merchandise may be returned to Aqua Pure Water Conditioning within 15 days of receiving
product. The proper model will then be shipped to the customer. No shipping charges will occur
for replacement merchandise.
- Aqua Pure Water Conditioning offers our valued customers a 15-day money back guarantee.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with merchandise you may return the merchandise to
Aquapure Water Conditioning for exchange or refund. All merchandise MUST be in Brand New Condition
and meet all other stipulations of Aquapure Water Conditionings return policy.
- Any and all merchandise returned Aquapure Water Conditioning without a return authorization
number will be refused and returned to customer postage due.
- Restocking fees may apply to returned merchandise.
- It is assumed that customers interested in knowledge about Aquapure Water Conditioning return
policy have read, understood and agreed to the policies contained on this page.
